At Prizi, we take pride in crafting each batch of cookies with care, love, and premium-quality ingredients. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order has been shipped or delivered.

However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we’ll always make things right where possible.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 87994 85562 with clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds are not issued for taste preferences, minor packaging imperfections, or delays caused by courier partners.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided if:

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed.

  • The issue is reported beyond 24 hours of delivery.

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect.

  • The courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

  • You simply “did not like” the taste or flavor.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled as our cookies are made fresh to order.

4. Refund Timelines

In cases where a refund is approved (exceptional cases only), it will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
