  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or incomplete details are detected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India within 7–10 working days after order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges of ₹100 apply to all domestic orders.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.

  • Prizi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or holidays).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Since our cookies are perishable food items, we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • If your product is received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, packaging designs, trademarks, and logos, are the property of Prizi and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our cookies are made from natural ingredients and are free from maida, preservatives, and refined sugar.
