1. Delivery Coverage:
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available yet — but we’re working on it!
2. Processing & Delivery Time:
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 7 working days. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges:
A standard shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all orders across India, and free delivery over ₹499.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available) to follow your cookie’s journey to your doorstep.
5. Damaged or Missing Orders:
All our products are packed with care. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear images at our WhatsApp number +91-87994 85562 for quick assistance.
6. Returns & Refunds:
Since our cookies are perishable food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is dispatched.
7. Bulk Orders:
For bulk, B2B, or export inquiries, please contact us directly via call or WhatsApp for customized assistance.
8. Storage Advice:
To maintain freshness, please store cookies in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, consume within 15 days.
